Georgios Myrogiannis

General Director

Dr. Myrogiannis holds BSc in Economics, MPhil in European Economic Policy and PhD in International Relations. He has worked in more than 30 countries as Team Leader, Project Director and Senior expert. Dr Myrogiannis leads the company on TA projects with hands on experience in Project Design, Implementation, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation targeting on Institutional Reform, Public Administration Reform Development and Modernization, Design and Implementation of Trade Enhancement Strategies, Development of International Political & Economic Relations, Economic Growth, HRD.

Dr Myrogiannis is fluent in English, Greek and French and possesses working knowledge of Russian.

Viola Lyubimova

Senior Manager

Mrs. Lyubimova holds MBA from NAU and manages the company and all its departments for the last 12 years. For the last 15 years manages TA projects, international and beneficiary country experts, organizes stakeholders’ visibility events, meetings, conferences. She leads the implementation team of ETF FWC, coordinating 80 awarded projects, partners, experts, and logistics’ providers in countries of DCI, ENP, IPA (Kazakhstan, Moldova, Belarus, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Egypt, Morocco, Jordan, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Bosnia, FYROM, Israel, Serbia, Lebanon, Turkey, Tunisia, Montenegro, Albania, Uzbekistan etc). She has been implementing ETF FWC organizing ETF projects’ events in Morocco.

She is fluent in Russian, English, Greek, good working knowledge of French and basic knowledge of Arabic.

Victoria Sovatzoglou

Project Manager

Mrs. SOVATZOGLOU holds B.Sc. in Business Administration & Financial Management from Technological Educational Institute of Athens. She manages projects and partners identification, preparation of the expressions of interests, responsible for bidding process of the company (references, administrative documents and tender preparation). She is a professional manager and recruiting specialist experienced in all stages of recruitment cycle: starting with the in-depth analysis of requirements followed by extensive use of entire portfolio of tools and techniques for identification of candidates, their pre-selection, interviewing and evaluation, to the final decision on selection of best suitable experts. She managed EU FWC and teams of International and National experts (under Lot 10, Lot 7, Lot 11), as well as supported the leading partners teams coordinating large scale projects.

She is fluent in Greek and English.

Dimitris Kanellopoulos

IT Consultant

Mr. Dimitris Kanellopoulos, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, specialized in Electrical and Computer Engineering, entrusted the IT component of the company. He leads the IT department, in charge of public relations with IT companies to support the smooth daily work of the company, identify tools and updates for the sustainable development, in accordance with global trends in Information Technologies. He maintains the safety and performance and full operation of computer systems, machinery, hardware performance. Mr Kanellopoulos supervises web site maintenance & regular update following announcements of projects, tenders, assignments positions announcements.
He is fluent in Greek, English and German languages.

Vania Myrogianni

HR & Database Manager

Mrs MYROGIANNI, holds MD, Msc in Mental illness prevention. She contributes to company technical assistance projects, specializing in company HR database management, expansion, experts’ identification, regular update of experts’ data, recruitment and classification of international and beneficiary countries experts. Mrs. Myrogianni has been in charge organizing International and beneficiary country Experts’ travel & logistics’ arrangements, visa support, accommodation, transfers, support in organizing interpretation and translation etc.

She is fluent in Greek and English and working knowledge of French.

Maria Kalyva

Business Development Department

Ms. Kalyva, BA graduate in International and European Studies (with specialization in Economic Studies) of the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. She has been responsible for projects’ support, backstopping, quality control of deliverables, identification, categorization/classification of experts (International and National), project management & backstopping. She contributes to identification and update of international tenders.

She is fluent in Greek, English and German.

Viola Balodis

Communication manager

Ms. Balodis, BA from Central Saint Martins, UK, has obtained her experience working in international organisations in EU and abroad: European Parliament in Brussels, the IOM in Astana and private companies in Greece, covering daily communication, audio-visual applications, videos, social media; Facebook, YouTube, Twitter.  At company, she plans and organises team meetings, dissemination of information, and assists in communication and development of links with business representatives and marketing research abroad. Supports in elaboration in promotional and informative material, EN/RU (leaflets, brochures, banners), photographic material, publicity and communication campaign, PR coverage, PPP presentation and video materials.

She is fluent in Greek, English and Russian.
