Dr. Myrogiannis holds BSc in Economics, MPhil in European Economic Policy and PhD in International Relations. He has worked in beneficiary countries as Team Leader, Project Director and Senior expert. Dr Myrogiannis leads the company on TA projects with hands on experience in Project Design, Implementation, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation targeting on Institutional Reform, Public Administration Reform Development and Modernization, Design and Implementation of Trade Enhancement Strategies, WTO, Development of International Political & Economic Relations, Economic Growth as well as on Public Administration Reform. Dr. Myrogiannis is fluent in English, Greek and French and possesses working knowledge of Russian.
Mrs LYUBIMOVA, holds a MBA from the National American University, BA in English Literature. Viola has been managing and supervising INCOM on overall business development, projects’ management, strategic decision making and upgrading company expertise on technical and professional level. Viola has been working with EU technical assistance projects for the last 25 years and is responsible for large-scale projects and FWCs. Viola has extensive experience identifying, selecting, assessing and mobilizing experts in company priority areas, backstopping experts and maintaining daily contractor-client relationship. Viola has contributed to planning, design, budgeting and implementing international & national events, workshop and webinars, assignments’ kick-of meetings. Recently, in line with the increased demands in Hybrid events organization, Viola received a certified training in Virtual Event & Meeting Management. Viola has established a professional network with academic society, public and private stakeholders, experts, institutes, and NGOs who become partners in projects IMCOM implements. Viola is fluent in English, Greek and Russian, working knowledge of French and elementary Arabic.
Mrs. SOVATZOGLOU holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Financial Management from the University of West Attica. Victoria possesses hands on practical experience in project management and backstopping in EU technical assistance projects, drafting competitive financial offers. Victoria has strong experience in overall bidding process (expressions of interests, references, administrative & legal documents preparation). She is highly specialized manager and recruitment specialist, knowledgeable in all stages of recruitment cycle: starting with the in-depth analysis of requirements followed by extensive use of entire portfolio of tools and techniques for identification of candidates, their pre-selection, interviewing and evaluating, to the final decision selecting experts from shortlist of potential candidates. She is fluent in Greek and English.
Mr. Dimitrios Kanellopoulos, graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, specialized in Electrical and Computer Engineering, entrusted the IT related support of the company. Dimitrios leads the IT department, in charge of public relations with IT companies to support the smooth daily work of the company, identify tools and updates for the sustainable development, in accordance with global trends in Information Technologies. He maintains safety and performance and full operation of computer systems, machinery, hardware performance and security issues. He is fluent in Greek, English and German languages. Mr Kanellopoulos supervises web site maintenance & regular update following announcements of projects, tenders, assignments positions announcements.
Mrs. MYROGIANNI, holds a medical degree (MD) and a Msc in Mental illness prevention from the Medical School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has been a part of INCOM team for 10 years. Apart from her role in project management and experts’ backstopping, she specializes in company HR database management, expansion, experts’ identification, regular update of experts’ data, recruitment and classification of international and beneficiary countries experts. Vania is in charge of organizing International and beneficiary country Experts’ travel & logistics’ arrangements, visa support, accommodation, transfers, support in organizing interpretation and translation etc. She is fluent in Greek and English and working knowledge of French.
Ms. Kalyva holds a BA in International and European Studies (with specialization in Economic Studies) of the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. She has obtained certified specialization in project management and training on Virtual Events & Meeting Management, as well on Digital Marketing. Maria has been responsible for projects’ support and management, backstopping, quality control of deliverables, identification/categorization/classification of experts (on International and National level), efficient organization of all experts’ logistics and their support in all other administrative matters and other backstopping services to ensure smooth implementation of the assignments. She also contributes company procurement opportunities and calls for tenders, and cooperates with multiple services’ providers, such as interpreters, translators, event’s organisers etc. She is fluent in Greek, English and German.
Mrs. Balodis, holds a BA and MA Degree from Central Saint Martins, Rome Business School and Athens University of Economic and Business (focusing on International Human Resource Managements and Negotiations, and Fine Art and Design). Mrs. Balodis has obtained her experience working in international organizations in EU and abroad: European Parliament in Brussels, the IOM in Astana and private companies in Greece, coordinating, supervising and participating in the visualization, preparation, submission, monitoring and implementation of EU funded projects. Additionally, she is responsible for identifying and recruiting experts for donor funded, technical assistance projects, organising projects’ activities such as trainings, workshops and expert meetings, managing and backstopping experts. Viola is fluent in Greek, English and Russian, elementary French and Farsi (Persian)
