HCD systems are complex environment where educational, skills, economic, labour market policies interact. Identifying schemes and solutions that apply to diverse circumstances would prove far from real; at the same time, the features of resilience in HCD systems are being studied while practices of resilient responses are becoming known and revealing some degree of comparability. The assignment will be implemented under the ETF FWC Lot 1 and should address the following main questions:
