Applied research expertise provision for Creating New Learning (CNL) initiative

This research assignment is part of the ETF’s Creating New Learning initiative. CNL is a multi-annual ETF initiative under the ETF 2027 Strategy which supports its broader thematic focus and the vision of the ETF as a global knowledge hub in human capital development. ETF has a multiannual strategic commitment to develop and share knowledge and know-how about innovation in teaching and learning which is relevant to actors in its partner countries. Through the CNL, the ETF builds new knowledge and networks, and identifies, develops and shares tools that can support improvements in teaching and learning at all levels. In this way, CNL identifies solutions that are further applied to enable innovation in vocational teaching and learning in different national contexts
