Torino Process Level 2: Review of policies for lifelong learning in Armenia.

The objective of the requested service is to support ETF in implementing the review of LLL policies in Armenia. The overarching goal of the policy review is twofold: to explain the monitoring results (Level 1) and provide guidance for timely policy actions in support of system change for lifelong learning with a specific focus on the area of VET access and attractiveness.
