Civil Society Organisations’ role in human capital development: resilience and lessons from the
Republic of Moldova for the future.

Through this assignment, the ETF will analyse the role of CSOs played in recent years (during and
after the Covid19 crisis) and in the context of Ukrainian war, in the fields of skills development in nonformal
and informal learning settings, and support to employment in Moldova.
