ETF seeks to mobilize local expertise services for the support to Career Guidance and Counselling in Lebanon. Within this assignment the expert will work in close coordination with the ETF team that will contribute actively to all the below activities by steering tht process with the national authorities and by providing expertise input in all the main areas as TVET, General Education and the related costing and funding elements.
