To conduct an in-depth assessment and analysis of the social protection landscape in Iraq through the development of a thorough political economy review. The assignment focusses on identifying the key players in the social protection scheme, different strengths and challenges of each actor. The assessment/research assignment will attempt to understand the power dynamics including gender power dynamics that affect access to social protection programming in Iraq.
