Mrs. Balodis, holds a BA and MA Degree from Central Saint Martins, Rome Business School and Athens University of Economic and Business (focusing on International Human Resource Managements and Negotiations, and Fine Art and Design). Mrs. Balodis has obtained her experience working in international organizations in EU and abroad: European Parliament in Brussels, the IOM in Astana and private companies in Greece, coordinating, supervising and participating in the visualization, preparation, submission, monitoring and implementation of EU funded projects. Additionally, she is responsible for identifying and recruiting experts for donor funded, technical assistance projects, organising projects’ activities such as trainings, workshops and expert meetings, managing and backstopping experts. Viola is fluent in Greek, English and Russian, elementary French and Farsi (Persian).
