Specific Expertise

INCOM as member of the consortium led by D.M.I. Associates has been awarded the European Training Foundation (ETF) contract — ETF/2025/OP/0002 — for the provision of Human Capital Development Expertise Services.

The aim of the project is to provide expertise consultancy services in the field of Human Capital Development to support the ETF work and activities.
The main types of services that the Consortium contributions on:

  1. Managing experts’ contributions and consultancy services related to specific assignments.
  2. Complementary add-on services.
  3. Setting up of a community of experts supporting the development and implementation of the ETF activities in the field of Human Capital Development.
    This four-year Framework Project (2025-2029) with value of a global contract €4.5 million of ad hoc requests for services, will support the ETF mission to enhance education, training, and employment systems across 28 partner countries in the EU Neighbourhood, Enlargement regions, and Central Asia.

AI, Innovation and Innovative Practices, CSOs and Social Partners, Curriculum Development and Key Competences, Data Collection and Analysis, Digital Transition, Gender, Global Education, Governance, Green Transition, including green skills, Human Capital Support in Fragile Environments, Inclusion and Equality, Labour Market Analysis, Lifelong Learning, Micro Credentials, Qualifications systems, Transparency, Portability and Recognition of Skills and Qualifications, Migration and labour mobility, Monitoring and System Performance, Network Management, Private Sector Skills, Quality Assurance of Education and Training Systems, Quantitative and Qualitative Research in HCD areas, Skills for Future, including skills anticipation, Skills Investments and Financing, Smart Specialisation and skills for growth and competitiveness, Teachers and Trainers, Transition to Work and Employability, Vocational Excellence, Work-based Learning, Career Guidance and Counselling, Transition from school to work, including Youth Guarantee.
